Objective To observe the construction of nursing quality sensitive index in the rehabilitation department. Methods randomly selected from June 2023 to June 2024 during our rehabilitation receive 50 cases of patients, according to the random number table method selected cases into two groups of nursing management study, divided into observation group and control group, 25 patients in each group patients receive routine nursing management, observation group patients take sensitive index management of nursing quality, analyze and compare the two groups eventually obtained nursing management effect. Results The comparison of the final results of the two groups showed that the quality of nursing management and the comprehensive ability of nursing staff in the observation group had been significantly improved compared with the control group, and the adverse events and complications occurring during the nursing management were less than those in the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The management of sensitive nursing quality indicators in the rehabilitation department can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing staff, thus reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events, promote the physical recovery of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
