| 摘要 |
研究中药热奄包热敷在老年髋关节置换术后尿潴留的护理效果。方法 选择我院收治的进行了髋关节置换术的老年患者60例，将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组（30例，使用常规护理）和试验组（30例，使用中药热奄包热敷护理），对两组的护理效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 试验组患者的导尿管留置时间明显短于对照组患者，且试验组患者的尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对进行了髋关节置换术的老年患者使用中药热奄包热敷护理，能够降低患者发生尿潴留，有较好的护理效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot packs on urinary retention after hip replacement in the elderly. Methods a total of 60 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement were selected for treatment in our hospital, and they were divided into control group (30 cases, using routine nursing) and experimental group (30 cases, nursing with traditional Chinese medicine hot packs), and the nursing effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed, and compared. Results the indwelling time of urinary catheters in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. and the incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion for elderly patients who have undergone hip replacement, the use of traditional Chinese medicine hot packs can reduce the occurrence of urinary retention and have a better nursing effect.
