| 摘要 |
手术室体位护理预防长时间手术患者术中压力性损伤的作用研究。方法 我院于2023年1月-2024年1月收治的98例长时间手术患者，随机系统对所有患者进行分配，将其分为体位组（49例）与普通组（49例）。最后对其患者并发症发生情况、舒适情况进行统计分析。结果 经分析，观察组患者并发症发生情况为（8.16%）明显低于体位组患者为（30.61%），且统计学上有显著差异性，故有对比意义（P＜0.05）。体位组患者舒适情况明显优于普通组，且两组数据对比在统计学上具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 对于长时间手术的患者，手术室体位护理可以有效预防术中压力性损伤，确保患者身体健康，并增强手术安全性。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of surgical position nursing on preventing intraoperative pressure injury in patients undergoing long-term surgery. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, our hospital treated 98 patients who underwent long-term surgery. All patients were randomly assigned into a position group (49 cases) and a control group (49 cases). Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the occurrence of complications and comfort level of the patients. Results After analysis, the incidence of complications in the observation group (8.16%) was significantly lower than that in the position group (30.61%), and there was a statistically significant difference, indicating a comparative significance (P<0.05). The comfort level of patients in the position group was significantly better than that in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion For patients undergoing long-term surgery, position nursing in the operating room can effectively prevent intraoperative pressure injuries, ensure patient health, and enhance surgical safety.
