| 摘要 |
探索对慢性心力衰竭患者实施护理干预后对其治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法 将76例慢性心力衰竭患者做为研究样本，均来源于2023年1月-2024年1月，执行双模拟分组法将其划分成试验组（n=38）和常规组（n=38），分别采用综合护理干预和基础性护理，对比治疗依从性和生活质量。结果 试验组患者达到了比常规组更高的治疗依从性，分别为92.11%和73.68%，差异显著（P＜0.05）；试验组患者生活质量MLHFQ量表评分降低程度更明显，分值比常规组更低，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预可以显著提高慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗依从性，大幅提升患者的生活质量，具有广泛推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 76 patients with chronic heart failure were taken as study samples, all from January 2023 to January 2024. Double simulated group method was divided into test group (n=38) and conventional group (n=38), with comprehensive care intervention and basic care to compare treatment compliance and quality of life. Results Patients in the test group achieved higher treatment compliance than the conventional group, 92.11% and 73.68%, respectively, significantly different (P <0.05); the MLHFQ score was lower than the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients with chronic heart failure, and greatly improve the quality of life of patients, which has a wide promotion value.
