摘要	分析在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者肺康复中应用5E康复护理的效果。方法于2023年8月-2024年8月选择80例COPD患者采用随机数字表法分为常规护理的参照组和5E康复护理模式的研究组，各组40例，统计护理后肺功能指标和生活质量并比较。结果护理前两组患者的肺功能指标和生活质量相比无差异（P＞0.05），护理后各项指标均得到改善，研究组优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论在COPD患者肺康复中采用5E康复护理模式，可提高患者的生活质量和肺功能，具有较高的应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods From August 2023 to August 2024, 80 COPD patients were selected and divided into a reference group of conventional care and a study group of 5E rehabilitation nursing model by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The pulmonary function indicators and quality of life after nursing were statistically analyzed and compared. Results There was no difference in pulmonary function indicators and quality of life between the two groups of patients before nursing (P＞0.05). After nursing, all indicators were improved, and the study group was better than the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The use of 5E rehabilitation nursing model in pulmonary rehabilitation of COPD patients can improve the quality of life and pulmonary function of patients, and has a high application value.
