摘要
分析在初产妇中采用导乐球配合自由体位助产护理对促进自然分娩的效果。方法 本次研究对象筛选我院产科接收的初产妇80例,将其以随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各有40例,对照组行常规助产护理,观察组行导乐球配合自由体位护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组助产护理质量以及产妇分娩依从性与对照组相比显著提升,分娩期间产妇的焦虑情绪改善效果明显优于对照组,分娩疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,总产程时间与对照组相比缩短,最终获得的自然分娩成功率明显高于对照组,不良分娩结局发生率与对照组相比降低,(P<0.05)。结论 在初产妇分娩过程中采取导乐球配合自由体位助产护理,可进一步提升自然分娩效果及安全性。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of doula ball combined with free position midwifery nursing on natural delivery in primipara. Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 80 cases of primipara in the obstetrics department of our hospital, and divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine midwifery nursing, and the observation group received doula ball combined with free position nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of midwifery care and maternity compliance in the observation group were significantly improved, the improvement effect of maternal anxiety during childbirth was significantly better than that of the control group, the degree of labor pain was significantly less than that of the control group, the total labor time was shorter than that of the control group, the final success rate of natural childbirth was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse birth outcomes was reduced. (P < 0.05). Conclusion Doula ball combined with free position midwifery nursing can further improve the effect and safety of natural delivery.
