摘要
探索在眼科日间手术中应用互联网模式对患者满意度的影响。方法 随机抽取2024年1月-2024年5月应用互联网模式后进行眼科日间手术的105例患者做为试验组,并抽取2023年8月-2023年12月未应用互联网模式的眼科日间手术患者105例作为常规组,对比患者满意度及手术预约情况。结果 试验组手术失约率为1.90%、非计划二次手术率为0.95%、非计划入院率为2.86%,分别低于常规组的8.57%、6.67%、11.43%,差异显著(P<0.05)。相较于常规组,试验组患者满意度更高,分别为97.14%和84.76%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 眼科日间手术中应用互联网模式,可以将医院服务向院前和院后延伸,重塑服务流程,提高了手术的安全性和患者满意度,值得大力推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying the Internet model in ophthalmic day surgery on patient satisfaction. Methods 105 patients undergoing day surgery after the Internet mode from January 2024 to May 2024 were randomly selected as the test group, and 105 patients undergoing day surgery without the Internet mode from August 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the routine group to compare patient satisfaction and surgery appointment. Results The surgical loss rate was 1.90%, the unplanned secondary operation rate was 0.95%, and the unplanned admission rate was 2.86%, which was lower than 8.57%, 6.67%, and 11.43% in the conventional group, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the patient satisfaction in the test group was higher, with 97.14% and 84.76%, respectively, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of the Internet mode in ophthalmic day surgery can extend the hospital service to the pre-hospital and post-hospital, reshape the service process, and improve the safety of the operation and patient satisfaction, which is worth vigorously promoting.
