Objective: To study the clinical effect of the whole nursing mode in obstetric care. Methods: 100 cases of mothers born in maternity from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation almost observation groups and control groups of 50 cases each. The control group adopted the general obstetric nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted the whole nursing mode of delivery, compared the delivery time of the two groups, the rate of caesarean section and postpartum bleeding. Results: The delivery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the caesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: The whole nursing mode of delivery has significant clinical effect in obstetric care, which can effectively shorten the delivery process and reduce the rate of caesarean section and postpartum bleeding.
