Objective In order to improve the treatment effect of refractory polycystic ovary syndrome and improve female reproductive health, the following will analyze and observe the intervention effect of laparoscopic ovariectomy combined with letrozole treatment, and provide data support for promotion. Methods The experiment was carried out at the following time: From January 2023 to December 2023, the experimental samples were all selected from patients with refractory polycystic ovary syndrome treated during this period, involving a total sample size of 80 cases. After explaining the experimental purpose in detail, full-time staff guided the patients to complete the enrollment. That is, laparoscopic ovariectomy, letrozole combined treatment (observation group n=40), and single laparoscopic ovariectomy (control group n=40). Relevant data indexes of patients in the two groups after different treatments were sorted out and recorded, and analyzed and compared with the statistical system to observe the difference in results. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of PRL and E2 were compared between the two groups (P > 0.05). FSH level, LH, T, LH, FSH and AMH, hormone level, pregnancy rate and abortion rate in observation group were superior to those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of laparoscopic ovariostomy and letrozole in patients with refractory polycystic ovary syndrome has a positive effect on the function of the patients, and has a significant effect on the improvement of pregnancy rate.
