Under the current complicated economic situation, small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing fierce market competition and severe policy environment. As the core tool of financial management and decision support, accounting information has become increasingly important. This paper analyzes the present situation of accounting information demand of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and points out the problems of untimely and incomplete information and low informatization level. Connecting with the digital transformation, policy change and the trend of refined management, this paper probes into the changes of enterprises accounting information demand. On this basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, including information construction, financial personnel training, perfecting accounting system and improving internal control, and suggests that the government provide policy support to help enterprises improve their financial management ability.
