Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The subjects of this study were 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction, who were selected from our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The reference group adopted conventional nursing, and the experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing. The effects of the two groups after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). There was little difference in cognitive function scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the cognitive function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction has a definite effect, which can help improve patients cognitive function and improve nursing quality. This method is worth promoting.
