| 摘要 |
针对子宫肌瘤患者的负性情绪，本文应用心理护理进行干预，观察其临床效果及影响。方法根据研究方案设置两个研究组，研究对象自2024年1月至2024年11月我院子宫肌瘤患者中随机抽取，患者均自愿参与本研究，合计抽取50例，其中一个研究组仅接受常规护理干预作为对照组，另一个研究组接受常规护理干预联合心理护理干预作为观察组，对比两组患者护理满意度及护理前后负性情绪变化。结果 观察组患者接受护理后，负性情绪明显缓解，护理满意度高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理能够有效缓解子宫肌瘤患者的负性情绪，临床护理效果较佳。

| Abstract |
Objective To address the negative emotions of patients with uterine fibroids, this article applies psychological nursing intervention to observe its clinical effect and impact. Methods Two research groups were set up according to the research plan. The research subjects were randomly selected from patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from May 2024 to November 2024. All patients voluntarily participated in this study, and a total of 50 cases were selected. One research group only received routine nursing intervention as the control group, and the other research group received routine nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention as the experimental group. The nursing satisfaction and negative emotional changes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After receiving nursing care, the negative emotions of the experimental group patients were significantly relieved, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively alleviate negative emotions in patients with uterine fibroids, and the clinical nursing effect is better.
