Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of specialized programmed nursing intervention in patients undergoing urodynamic examination. Methods 150 patients who underwent urodynamic examination in our hospital between May 2023 and May 2024 were selected as samples, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random allocation principle, with 75 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing procedures, while the observation group received a more sophisticated specialized programmed nursing plan. The clinical nursing effectiveness of the two groups was compared and analyzed, especially in terms of frequency of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in controlling adverse reactions (P<0.05). At the same time, the patients satisfaction with specialized programmed care was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of specialized programmed care for patients undergoing urodynamic examination has achieved significant results, can significantly improve patient care satisfaction, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has high application value.
