中医护理在中医治疗不孕不育中的效果及对患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

摘要	探讨中医护理在中医治疗不孕不育中的效果以及对患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法在2023年5月－2024年5月本院收治的接受中医治疗的不孕不育患者中选取80例作为研究对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（40例，常规护理）与观察组（40例，中医护理）。针对两组患者的情绪状态（SAS焦虑量表、SDS抑郁量表）、受孕率、治疗依从性以及生活质量。结果经过护理，观察组患者的PSQI评分、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，受孕率、治疗依从性以及生活质量均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中医护理应用于中医治疗不孕不育可提高治疗效果，有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing in TCM treatment of infertility and its effect on patients anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 80 infertile patients who received TCM treatment in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as research subjects, and the control group (40 cases, conventional nursing) and the observation group (40 cases, TCM nursing) were randomly divided by digital table. The emotional state (SAS anxiety scale, SDS depression scale), pregnancy rate, treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing, the PSQI score, SAS and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the pregnancy rate, treatment compliance and quality of life were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM nursing in TCM treatment of infertility can improve the treatment effect, effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
