| 摘要 |
分析系统护理对糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果及焦虑、抑郁评分影响分析。方法 该研究总共纳入92例试验对象，均是2021年6月-2023年6月到医院诊治的糖尿病肾病患者，利用数字表随机排序法进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理，n=46）与试验组（系统护理，n=46）。对比两组的临床效果及负性情绪。结果 试验组较对照组，其自我管理行为能力评分及遵医行为评分更高，焦虑评分及抑郁评分更低（P＜0.05）。结论 系统护理用于糖尿病肾病的效果确切，有助于舒缓焦虑、抑郁症状，值得临床推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of systematic nursing on diabetes nephropathy patients and the impact of anxiety and depression scores. Methods A total of 92 subjects were included in this study, all of whom were diabetes nephropathy patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 20212.6 to June 2024.6. They were divided into control group (routine nursing, n=46) and test group (systematic nursing, n=46) by using the random sorting method of the number table. Compare the clinical outcomes and negative emotions between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher scores in self-management behavior ability and compliance behavior, and lower scores in anxiety and depression (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing has a definite effect on diabetes nephropathy, and is helpful to relieve anxiety and depression symptoms, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
