人文关怀护理对肺癌终末期患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

| 摘要 |
以提高肺癌终末期患者护理水平为研究目标，在临床中实施人文关怀护理，明确其对肺癌终末期患者的影响。方法 以2023.01-12时间段中于院内接受诊疗的肺癌终末期患者为分析对象，共计71例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（34例）、观察组（37例），分别以常规手段、人文关怀护理实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 心理状态方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。生活质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施人文关怀护理，能够对肺癌终末期患者心理状态及生活质量产生积极影响，这对提高肺癌终末期患者护理水平有着重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing level of terminal lung cancer patients, implement humanistic care nursing in clinical practice, and clarify its impact on terminal lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 71 patients with terminal lung cancer who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2023 were analyzed. After each patient was numbered, they were randomly selected into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (37 cases). The two groups were implemented with conventional means and humanistic care nursing, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results In terms of psychological state, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of quality of life, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care nursing in clinical practice can have a positive impact on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with terminal lung cancer, which is of great significance to improving the nursing level of patients with terminal lung cancer.
