后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折手术室护理要点研究

| 摘要 |
进行接受后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折手术患者中行手术室护理的效果探究。方法 本
次选取 2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月期间院内接受手术治疗的腰椎骨折患者 71 例，试验以双盲法进行分组，对照
组 37 例行常规护理，观察组 34 例行手术室护理。比对护理结果。结果 两组相比，观察组手术持续时间更短、
术后下床活动时间更短、住院治疗时间更短（P<0.05）；观察生活质量各项评分更高（P<0.05）；观察组对护理
工作满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 在给予腰椎骨折患者路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗方案的同时，积极给予手术室
护理措施，有利于改善临床相关指标与生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of operating room nursing in patients undergoing posterior
pedicle screw fixation for lumbar fractures. Method 71 patients with lumbar spine fractures who underwent surgical
treatment in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected for this study. The trial was divided into
two groups using a double-blind method. The control group consisted of 37 patients receiving routine care, while the
observation group consisted of 34 patients receiving operating room care. Compare nursing results. Result Compared
with the two groups, the observation group had shorter surgical duration, shorter postoperative ambulation time, and
shorter hospitalization time (P<0.05); Higher scores of quality of life were observed (P<0.05); The observation group
showed higher satisfaction with nursing work (P<0.05). Conclusion While providing a treatment plan for lumbar spine
fracture patients with pedicle screw fixation, actively providing nursing measures in the operating room is beneficial for
improving clinical indicators and quality of life.
