| 摘要 |
观察对原发性高血压眩晕患者使用刮痧配合八段锦治疗的临床效果。方法 选取本院心内科收
治 60 例原发性高血压眩晕患者为研究对象，研究时间为 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 3 月间，依据随机方式分为对照
与观察组，n=30，前者为常规治疗，后者在常规治疗的基础上增加刮痧+八段锦治疗，对比两组治疗效果差异性。
结果 观察组治疗有效率为 83.33%，高于对照组 60.00%，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 对原发性高血压眩
晕症患者进行刮痧配合八段锦治疗可显著提高患者眩晕症治疗效果，改善临床症状，可在临床推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical effect of scraping combined with Baduanjin treatment on patients
with primary hypertension and dizziness. Method Sixty patients with primary hypertension and dizziness admitted to the
cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The study period was from July 2022 to
March 2023, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, n=30. The former received
routine treatment, while the latter received scraping and Baduanjin treatment in addition to routine treatment. The
differences in treatment effects between the two groups were compared. Result The effective rate of treatment in the
observation group was 83.33%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group, P<0.05, and the difference was
statistically significant. Conclusion Scraping combined with Baduanjin therapy can significantly improve the treatment
effect and clinical symptoms of patients with primary hypertension and vertigo, and can be widely used in clinical
practice.
