| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨透析患者的生活质量与护理关怀的相关性。方法 本次研究选取了 100 例透析
患者作为观察对象，这些患者都接受了常规的透析治疗。在研究过程中，我们采用了问卷调查和临床观察相结合
的方法，以获取患者的相关信息，包括患者的年龄、性别、病情、治疗方式、护理关怀等。同时，我们还对患者
的生活质量进行了评估，包括生理、心理和社会方面的指标。结果 患者的生命质量与护理关怀程度呈显著的正
相关关（P<0.05）。结论 透析患者的生活质量与护理关怀具有显著相关性，积极的护理关怀可以显著提高患者
的生活质量。因此，在临床护理中，我们应该加强对透析患者的护理关怀，以提高患者的生活质量，促进患者的
康复。

| Abstract |
Objective This study was to investigate the correlation between quality of life and nursing care in
dialysis patients. Methods This study selected 100 dialysis patients as the observation objects, these patients received
routine dialysis treatment. During the study, we used a combination of questionnaire survey and clinical observation to
obtain relevant information of patients, including age, gender, condition, treatment, nursing care, etc. At the same time,
we also assessed the quality of life of the patients, including physical, psychological and social indicators. Results There
was a significant positive correlation between the quality of life and the degree of nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion
There is a significant correlation between the quality of life of dialysis patients and nursing care, and active nursing care
can significantly improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, in clinical nursing, we should strengthen the nursing
care of dialysis patients, in order to improve the quality of life of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
