| 摘要 |
分析如何进行多发性硬化患者隐匿性损伤的预防护理及护理后效果。方法 以 2022 年 1 月至
2023 年 8 月间，本院收治 45 例多发性硬化患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（20 例，常规护理）、观察组（25
例，预防性护理），比较两组患者干预效果。结果 观察组护理有效率为 100.00%，高于对照组 85.00%，P＜0.05。
结论 实施早期预防性护理，可有效减少隐匿性损伤，提高患者恢复速度。有临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze how to prevent and care for hidden injuries in patients with multiple sclerosis
and the effectiveness of nursing care. Method A total of 45 patients with multiple sclerosis admitted to our hospital from
January 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (20 cases, routine care) and an observation
group (25 cases, preventive care). The intervention effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The
nursing effectiveness rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the control group
(85.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing early preventive care can effectively reduce hidden injuries and improve
patient recovery speed. It has clinical promotion value.
