| 摘要 |
本次实验将探究循证护理结合改良口腔护理在 PICU 机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法 本次
实验选取了 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月在我院就诊 PICU 的机械通气患者，入选患儿共 80 例，根据随机、平均
分配的方式分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组则采用循证护理结合改良口腔护理，并针对
护理结果进行对比分析。结果 从护理结果上看，观察组采用循证护理结合改良口腔护理干预后，患者的动脉血
二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧分压、酸碱值等数值均更优于采用常规护理干预的对照组；观察组患者口腔内部出现阴
性菌、阳性菌、真菌孢子菌丝的概率明显低于对照组；观察组生活质量优于对照组；观察组不良反应发生率 10.00%
明显低于对照组的 32.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用循证护理结合改良口腔护理干预对于机
械通气患者的治疗康复有显著效果，可用于临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective This experiment will explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with modified
oral care in patients with PICU mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 80 mechanically ventilated patients who
visited the PICU in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected in this experiment, and were divided
into control group and observation group according to random and average distribution. Results From the perspective of
nursing results, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide, arterial oxygen and pH value in the observation group were
better than those in the control group after the evidence-based nursing combined with modified oral care intervention.
The probability of negative bacteria, positive bacteria and fungal spore hyphae in the oral cavity of the patients in the
observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The quality of life of the observation group was
better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%, which was
significantly lower than that in the control group (32.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusions The use of evidence-based nursing combined with modified oral care intervention has a significant effect on
the treatment and rehabilitation of mechanically ventilated patients, and can be used for clinical promotion.
