Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based early warning care on the complications and pain degree of anesthesia recovery in patients with ovarian malignant tumor surgery. Methods selected from November 2021 to November 2022, our gynecological surgery of 100 cases, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 patients with evidence-based concept of early warning care, control group, for experimental group and control group, the incidence of complications, anesthesia recovery and pain degree. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group was lower (P<0.05); the postoperative recovery time, spontaneous breathing and trachea were shorter, and the control group was longer (P<0.05); the postoperative pain level in the experimental group was lower compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based early warning nursing can effectively shorten the recovery time of anesthesia, control the pain degree of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and it is suggested to promote clinical practice.
