| 摘要 |
探讨并分析重症肌无力患者护理中整体服务的应用与效果。方法 选取我院 2022 年 1 月到
2023 年 6 月期间所收治的 110 例重症肌无力患者，作为本次研究对象，并采取计算机表法，将其分为对照组
（n=55）和研究组（n=55），对照组采取常规护理服务，研究组采取整体护理服务，对比两组护理效果。结果
研究组肌无力症状改善时间短于对照组，肌无力症状积分低于对照组，各项生活质量评分均高于对照组，组间
存在差异。结论 将整体护理服务应用于重症肌无力患者中，能够明显改善患者肌力，促进其症状改善，有助于
提升患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application and effectiveness of holistic services in the care of
patients with myasthenia gravis.Method 110 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to our hospital from January 2022
to June 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into a control group (n=55) and a study group
(n=55) using computer table method. The control group received routine nursing services, while the study group received
holistic nursing services. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result The improvement time of
myasthenia symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the score of myasthenia
symptoms was lower than that in the control group. All quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,
and there were differences between the groups.Conclusion Applying holistic nursing services to patients with myasthenia
gravis can significantly improve their muscle strength, promote symptom improvement, and help improve their quality of
life. It is worth promoting and applying.
