| 摘要 |
讨论在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术患者护理中应用多途径护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取
2021.6 至 2022.6 在本院进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术治疗的 120 例输尿管结石患者，按照乱数字法分组，对
照组（60 例，常规手术护理）与研究组（60 例，多途径护理干预）。比较两组干预 2 个月内的临床效果。结果 和
对照组干预结果相比，研究组患者术后的疼痛程度更低，结石清除有效率更高，术后并发症发生次数更少，1 年
后结石复发率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术治疗患者中采用多途径护理干预可以明显提
高结石清除率，提高预后效果和安全性。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of multi-channel nursing intervention in the care of patients
undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods A total of 120 patients with ureteral calculi who were
treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2019 were selected and divided
into control group (60 cases, conventional surgical care) and study group (60 cases, multi-channel nursing intervention)
according to random number method. The clinical effect within 2 months of intervention was compared between the two
groups. Results Compared with the intervention results of the control group, the patients in the study group had lower
postoperative pain, higher stone removal efficiency, fewer postoperative complications, and lower stone recurrence rate 1
year later (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-channel nursing intervention in patients treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser
lithotripsy can significantly increase the stone clearance rate, improve the prognosis and safety.
