| 摘要 |
探析心肌梗死（AMI）患者给予多元化护理+健康教育的效果。方法 选取 2021 年 7 月至 2022
年 8 月收治的 AMI72 例，随机分为观察组（多元化护理+健康教育）和对照组（常规护理）各 36 例，对比效果。
结果 观察组心理状态评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组疾病认知、护理满意度、生活质量、冠心病自我管理
能力量表评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 多元化护理与健康教育应用在 AMI 患者中效果良好，价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing and health education on patients with myocardial
infarction (AMI). Method 72 patients with AMI admitted from July 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into an
observation group (diversified nursing+health education) and a control group (routine nursing), with 36 patients in each
group. The results were compared. Result The psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of
the control group (P<0.05); The scores of disease cognition, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and self-management
ability of coronary heart disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion The application of diversified nursing and health education in AMI patients has a good effect and high value.
