| 摘要 |
分析对吉兰-巴雷综合征患者仅临床综合护理干预效果。方法 以本院 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 9
月间收治 50 例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者为本次研究对象，一组 25 例行常规护理为对照组，一组 25 例行临床综合护
理为实验组。比较两组患者整体护理效果，患者自理能力及住院时间。结果 实验组患者自理能力基本无碍，且
住院时长较短，整体护理有效率较高，P＜0.05。结论 临床综合护理干预可加快患者恢复，提升患者生活自理能
力。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of clinical comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with
Guillain Barre syndrome. Method Fifty patients with Guillain Barre syndrome admitted to our hospital from January
2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects. A group of 25 patients received routine care as the control
group, and a group of 25 patients received clinical comprehensive care as the observation group. Compare the overall
nursing effectiveness, self-care ability, and length of hospital stay between two groups of patients. Result The self-care
ability of the observation group patients was basically unimpeded, and the length of hospitalization was shorter, with a
higher overall nursing effectiveness rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical comprehensive nursing intervention can
accelerate patient recovery and enhance their self-care ability.
