Objective To analyze the emergency nursing experience of a patient with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium rapid allergic shock caused by negative ceftazidime, in order to further improve the patients prognosis and promote recovery. Method Provide emergency care to the patient, and after the condition stabilizes, provide basic care, health education, nutritional support, rehabilitation guidance, psychological counseling, and other nursing measures. Result After emergency care, the patients symptoms were alleviated and their condition was under control. After the patients condition stabilizes, various nursing procedures are implemented, resulting in good psychological and nutritional status, improved personal nursing ability, and no complications or adverse events. Conclusion It is necessary to take timely emergency measures for patients with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium induced allergic shock caused by negative ceftazidime, which is beneficial for stabilizing the condition and reducing the risk of death. Subsequently, comprehensive nursing will be carried out, including health education and basic care, nutritional support, rehabilitation guidance, psychological counseling, etc., to improve the patients personal nursing management ability, reduce physiological and psychological burden, maintain the bodys nutritional status, promote rehabilitation, improve quality of life, and enhance prognosis.
