| 摘要 |
分析在湿疹患者的护理中应用健康教育路径对护理效果和满意度的价值。方法 抽选在 2021
年 3 月-2023 年 5 月研究时段内在我院接受治疗的 86 例湿疹患者，按照护理方式不同分为对照组 43 例常规护理，
观察组 43 例实施健康路径护理，对比两组患者的健康知识知晓度和两组患者对护理效果的满意度。结果 观察组
的患者健康知识知晓度更高、护理满意度更高，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 在湿疹患者的护理中应用健康教育路
径的护理效果很好，可提高湿疹疾病的健康知晓，树立正确的预防和护理意识，提高自护行为能力的同时患者满
意度高，利于长期依存，一定程度上减少湿疹的复发概率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of applying health education pathways in the care of patients with
eczema on nursing effectiveness and satisfaction. Method 86 patients with eczema who received treatment in our
hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected. They were divided into a control group of 43 patients
who received routine care according to different nursing methods, and an observation group of 43 patients who received
health path care. The health knowledge awareness and satisfaction with nursing outcomes of the two groups of patients
were compared. Result The patients in the observation group had a higher awareness of health knowledge and higher
satisfaction with nursing, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education pathway
in the nursing of eczema patients has a good nursing effect, which can improve the health awareness of eczema disease, establish correct prevention and nursing awareness, improve self-care behavior ability, and have high patient satisfaction, which is conducive to long-term dependence and to some extent reduce the probability of eczema recurrence.
