人文关怀护理在HSCT治疗再生障碍性贫血的应用

| 摘要 |
分析再生障碍性贫血病人接受造血干细胞移植术（HSCT）治疗期间开展人文关怀护理的价值。方法 筛选本院行HSCT治疗再生障碍性贫血病人共84例，时段2022年4月至2023年4月。随机数字表法划分2组，每组纳入42例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施人文关怀护理。观察干预前后情绪状态变化及并发症情况。结果 两组干预后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）均比同组干预前大幅下降（P＜0.05）；同时观察组较对照组下降更显著（P＜0.05）。从并发症情况得知，观察组总发生率与对照组相比显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论 再生障碍性贫血病人接受HSCT治疗期间，通过开展人文关怀护理可改善负性情绪，降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care in patients with aplastic anemia undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Methods A total of 84 patients with aplastic anemia who were treated with HSCT in our hospital were selected from April 2022 to April 2023. Two groups were divided into random number table method, each group included 42 cases. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received humanistic nursing. The changes of emotional state and complications before and after intervention were observed. Results The self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) of two groups after intervention were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention (P < 0.05). The decrease of observation group was more significant than control group (P < 0.05). According to the complications, the total incidence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of aplastic anemia patients with HSCT, humanistic care can improve the negative emotion and reduce the risk of complications.
