| 摘要 |
研究舒适护理应用于老年患者心血管内科介入治疗中的效果。方法 在2021年8月到2022年8月选择老年患者100例，经随机方法分组为研究组和对照组各50例，分别进行舒适护理和常规护理，进行组间舒适度和并发症、生活质量的比较。结果 研究组的舒适度高于对照组；研究组并发症和对照组比较减少；研究组的生活质量高于对照组，组间数值比较意义显著，为P<0.05。结论 老年患者心血管内科介入治疗中，应用舒适护理的效果良好，患者舒适度提升，并发症减少，适合推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of comfort care in interventional therapy of cardiovascular medicine in elderly patients. Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,100 elderly patients were selected, including 50 cases of study group and control group, respectively, for comfort care and routine care, comparing comfort, complications and quality of life between groups. Results The comfort of the study group was higher than the control group; the study group was decreased; the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group was significant, P <0.05. Conclusion In the interventional therapy of cardiovascular medicine for elderly patients, the effect of comfortable care is good, patient comfort is improved and complications are reduced, which is suitable for promotion.
