| 摘要 |
分析综合护理和鼻腔冲洗联合用于儿童变应性鼻炎的价值。方法 随机均分2020年1月-2022年12月本科接诊变应性鼻炎患儿（n=90）。试验组采取综合护理和鼻腔冲洗法，对照组联用常规护理和鼻腔冲洗法。对比RQLQ评分等指标。结果 关于依从性与家属满意度和护理质量：试验组数据比对照组高（P＜0.05）。RQLQ评分：干预结束时，试验组数据达到了（87.69±2.15）分，而对照组数据则仅有（81.03±3.47）分，相比较下，试验组的生存质量更好（P＜0.05）。结论 儿童变应性鼻炎联用综合护理和鼻腔冲洗法，患儿的家属满意度更高，护理质量更好，生存质量改善更加明显，依从性提升更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing and nasal irrigation in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis. Methods The children with allergic rhinitis were randomly assigned from January 2020 to December 2022 (n=90). The experimental group received comprehensive nursing and nasal irrigation, and the control group received conventional nursing and nasal irrigation. Compare RQLQ score and other indicators. Results In terms of compliance, family satisfaction and quality of care, the experimental group had higher data than the control group (P < 0.05). RQLQ score: At the end of the intervention, the experimental group achieved (87.69±2.15) points, while the control group only (81.03±3.47) points, compared with the experimental group, the quality of life was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion In children with allergic rhinitis combined with comprehensive nursing and nasal irrigation, the family satisfaction of children with allergic rhinitis was higher, the quality of nursing was better, the quality of life improved more obviously, and compliance is improved more rapidly.
