Objective To explore the intervention effect of the endocrine department combined with the diabetes management team in the insulin pump treatment of diabetes patients in the non endocrine department. Methods From July 2021 to July 2023, 128 patients with diabetes who received insulin pump treatment in non endocrine department were selected, Randomized table method was used to divide the patients into control group and observation group. The control group adopted the routine management mode of endocrinology department. The observation group combined with the diabetes management group to optimize management on the basis of the control group, and compared the intervention effects of the two groups. Results The incidence of insulin pump failure and hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the time for reaching blood glucose standards was shortened. Conclusion The Endocrinology Department and diabetes Management Team optimized the management to enable diabetes patients in non endocrine departments to receive homogeneous care, which helps the safe operation of the insulin pump, shortens the time for patients to reach the blood sugar standard, ensures the treatment effect of patients, and can be widely used.
