分析妇科恶性肿瘤单孔腹腔镜治疗用预见性护理的价值。方法 对2023年4月-2023年11月本院妇科接诊恶性肿瘤病人（n=80）进行随机分组。试验和对照组各40人，前者单孔腹腔镜治疗期间采取预见性护理，后者行常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果 关于住院时间和护理质量及满意度：试验组数据优于对照组（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组发生率低至2.5%，而对照组数据则达到了17.5%，相比较下，试验组的发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 妇科恶性肿瘤单孔腹腔镜治疗用预见性护理，病人的并发症发生率更低，住院时间更短，护理质量提升更为迅速，满意度提升更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of predictive nursing in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors by single-port laparoscopy. Methods Patients (n=80) with malignant tumors admitted to gynecology department of our hospital from April 2023 to November 2023 were randomly grouped. There were 40 patients in the experiment and 40 patients in the control group. The former received predictive nursing during single-hole laparoscopic treatment, and the latter received routine nursing. Complications and other indicators were compared. Results In terms of hospital stay, nursing quality and satisfaction, the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Complications: The incidence of the experimental group was as low as 2.5%, while that of the control group was 17.5%, and the incidence of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). (P < 0.05). Conclusion With predictive nursing for gynecological malignant tumors treated by single-hole laparoscopy, the complication rate of patients is lower, the length of hospital stay is shorter, the quality of nursing is improved more rapidly, and the satisfaction is improved more obviously.
