| 摘要 |
观察躁狂症患者的心理特征，并分析护理要点。方法 分析我院2020年10月至2023年10月收治的60例躁狂症患者的心理特征，并给予综合护理措施，比较护理前后效果，分析护理要点。结果 情绪高涨、思维奔逸、活动增多、自尊心增强、睡眠需求减少、社交障碍均是躁狂症患者表现的心理特征。护理后患者躁狂量表（BRMS）评分较护理前显著降低[（22.14±3.39）分比（45.23±8.85）分]，治疗依从性明显提高[91.67%（55/60）比76.67%（46/60）]（P＜0.05）。对护理服务非常满意的患者共40例（66.67%），满意患者共15例（25.00%），不满意患者仅5例（8.33%），总护理满意度为91.67%（55/60）。结论 躁狂症患者心理特征变化多样，给予综合性护理措施可有效改善其症状，提高治疗依从性，患者满意度较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the psychological characteristics of manic patients and analyze the nursing points. Methods Analyze the psychological characteristics of 60 manic patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023, and provide comprehensive nursing measures. Compare the effects before and after nursing, and analyze the nursing points. Results High emotions, wandering thoughts, increased activity, increased self-esteem, reduced sleep needs, and social disorders are all psychological characteristics exhibited by manic patients. After nursing, the manic rating scale (BRMS) score of patients significantly decreased compared to before nursing [(22.14 ± 3.39) points compared to (45.23 ± 8.85) points], and treatment compliance significantly improved [91.67% (55/60) compared to 76.67% (46/60)] (P<0.05). A total of 40 patients (66.67%) were very satisfied with nursing services, 15 patients (25.00%) were satisfied, and only 5 patients (8.33%) were dissatisfied. The total nursing satisfaction was 91.67% (55/60). Conclusion The psychological characteristics of manic patients vary greatly, and comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve their symptoms, enhance treatment compliance, and increase patient satisfaction.
