| 摘要 |
观察分析孕前优生健康检查中护理健康教育的影响及优生知晓度。方法 选取我中心2021年度参加孕前优生健康检查4086人及2022年度参加孕前优生健康检查3863人作为研究对象，根据是否实施护理健康教育分组，其中未实施护理健康教育前的2021年度为对照组（4086人），已实施护理健康教育的2022年度为观察组（3863人），调查记录两组优生知晓度及优生健康知识掌握情况，并进行分析对比。结果 观察组优生知晓度明显高于对照组，同时观察组优生健康知识掌握情况显著优于对照组。结论 孕前优生健康检查中实施护理健康教育对促进优生优育具有积极影响，有利于提升受检者的优生知晓度，同时提高受检者对优生健康知识的掌握度，具有较好的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the influence of nursing health education and eugenic awareness in pre-pregnancy health examination. Methods 4086 participants in pre-pregnancy health examination in 2021 and 3863 participants in pre-pregnancy health examination in 2022 were selected as the research objects, and grouped according to whether nursing health education was implemented. The control group (4086 participants) was selected in 2021 before nursing health education was not implemented. In 2022, the observation group (3863 persons) implementing nursing health education were investigated and recorded the eugenics awareness and eugenics health knowledge of the two groups, and analyzed and compared. Results The awareness of eugenics in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the mastery of eugenics health knowledge in observation group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion The implementation of nursing health education in pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination has a positive impact on promoting eugenic and eugenic health, which is conducive to improving the awareness of the subjects and improving their mastery of the knowledge of eugenic health, and has good application value.
