心理护理技巧在精神科心理障碍患者中的疗效研究

| 摘要 |
探究分析对精神科心理障碍患者实施心理护理技巧的效果。方法 于精神科中开展研究，共计选取74例心理障碍患者作为研究对象，经过对其基本资料的分析看，确认符合实验参与条件，并将74例患者分配为两个小组，一组为使用常规护理对照组，另一组为使用心理护理技巧的观察组，每组37例，对比不同护理措施下的疗效。结果 通过汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评估患者心理状态情况，从结果数据分析看，观察组患者护理后的HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将心理护理技巧用于精神科心理障碍患者中可有效改善其负面情绪、减轻心理压力。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of psychological nursing techniques on patients with psychiatric disorders. Methods A study was conducted in a psychiatric department, and a total of 74 patients with mental disorders were selected as research subjects. After analysis of their basic data, it was confirmed that they met the conditions for experimental participation, and the 74 patients were assigned to two groups. One group was used. The conventional nursing control group and the other group are the observation group using psychological nursing skills, with 37 cases in each group, to compare the efficacy of different nursing measures. Results The patients mental state was assessed by the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD). From the result data analysis, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients in the observation group after care were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying psychological nursing skills to patients with psychiatric disorders can effectively improve their negative emotions and reduce psychological stress.
