| 摘要 |
探讨耐多药结核病（XDR）采取整体护理模式的效果。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年9月收治的XDR患者72例，随机分为观察组（整体护理）和对照组（常规护理）各36例，对比效果。结果 观察组负面情绪评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组痰液转阴率、生活质量评分、X线好转率、满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 整体护理模式可有效提升XDR患者的治疗效果，改善不良情绪，提高生活质量及满意度，价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing mode on multidrug resistant tuberculosis (XDR). Method 72 XDR patients admitted from August 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group (overall care) and a control group (routine care), with 36 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The sputum conversion rate, quality of life score, X-ray improvement rate, and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing model can effectively improve the treatment effect of XDR patients, improve negative emotions, improve quality of life and satisfaction, and has high value.
