Objective This article mainly for acute leukemia patients during chemotherapy using PDCA nursing management mode on patients with clinical negative emotions, quality of life and other conditions of the impact of in-depth analysis. Methods A total of 200 patients with acute leukemia who received treatment in our hospital during the same period from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into two groups according to nursing methods. The control group was dominated by conventional nursing methods (100 cases) and the research group was dominated by PDCA nursing management mode (100 cases). Data from the two studies were briefly included during the study period, and the nursing effects were compared according to the study data. Results The data of the two groups after nursing were analyzed. The SAS and SDS scores were lower in the study group and higher in the reference group. The scores of quality of life were higher in the study group and lower in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group and higher in the reference group. The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. The comparison difference existed between the two groups of relevant data after nursing, and the data of the research group was more dominant after comparison (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of PDCA nursing management mode during chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of life through active cooperation, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, clinical application safety is high, and has been recognized by patients, has a wide application and promotion value.
