| 摘要 |
分析"一站式"入院服务应用床位统筹管理的具体情况。方法 对2020年-2022年医院情况分析，在2020年底-2021年初未实施床位统筹管理，2021年底到2022年实施床位统筹管理，分别设定管理前和管理后，对医院总体运行情况和满意度进行比较。结果 管理后，医院的总体运行情况良好，且满意度提升，管理前后比较的差异性明显（P<0.05）。结论 床位统筹管理在"一站式"入院服务中的应用意义明显，能使患者满意度提升，促使医院医疗水平的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the specific situation of "one-stop" overall management of admission service application beds. Methods: Analysis of the hospital situation from 2020 to 2022, the overall management of beds was not implemented from the end of 2020 to the beginning of 2021, and the overall management of beds was implemented from the end of 2021 to 2022, and the overall operation and satisfaction of the hospital were compared before setting and after management respectively. Results: After management, the overall operation of the hospital was good, and the satisfaction was improved, and the difference between the comparison before and after management was obvious (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application significance of bed overall management in the "one-stop" admission service is obvious, which can improve patient satisfaction and promote the medical level of the hospital.
