| 摘要 |
极低出生体重（Very low birth weight，VLBW）早产儿是指出生体重在1000-1499g的早产儿，由于过早脱离母体，各器官发育不成熟，出生后容易发生各种临床并发症，需要精细的护理。合理的营养支持对VLBW早产儿十分重要，不仅影响其近期的生长和疾病转归，与长期的神经发育结局和生存质量亦紧密相关[1]，因此对VLBW早产儿制定系统的、规范的、个体化营养支持策略十分必要。我科于2023年6月收治了一例极低出生体重儿，通过一系列个性化的营养支持护理，效果良好，报告如下。

| Abstract |
Very low birth weight (VLBW) premature infants refer to premature infants with a birth weight of 1000-1499g. Due to premature detachment from the mothers body and immature development of various organs, they are prone to various clinical complications after birth and require meticulous care. Reasonable nutritional support is crucial for VLBW premature infants, as it not only affects their recent growth and disease outcomes, but is also closely related to long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes and quality of life. Therefore, it is essential to develop systematic, standardized, and personalized nutritional support strategies for VLBW premature infants. Our department admitted a very low birth weight infant in June 2023, and through a series of personalized nutritional support nursing, the effect was good. The report is as follows.
