| 摘要 |
分析快速康复护理用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的价值。方法 随机均分2022年5月-2023年5月本科接诊腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术病人（n=60）。试验组采取快速康复护理，对照组行常规护理。对比术后肛门排气时间等指标。结果 关于并发症：试验组发生率低至3.33%，而对照组数据则仅有20.0%，相比较下，试验组的发生率更低（P＜0.05）。关于术后肛门排气时间和住院时间与满意度：试验组数据优于对照组（P＜0.05）。关于VAS评分：术后12h和24h，试验组数据比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术用快速康复护理，病人的并发症发生率更低，病情恢复更快，疼痛感减轻更加明显，满意度提升更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods: The patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided (n=60). The experimental group received rapid rehabilitation nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The time of anal exhaust after operation was compared. Results: The incidence of complications in the experimental group was as low as 3.33%, while that in the control group was only 20.0%. The incidence in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In terms of postoperative anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay and satisfaction: experimental group data were better than control group (P < 0.05). VAS score: 12h and 24h after surgery, the experimental group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic myomectomy with rapid rehabilitation nursing, patients with lower incidence of complications, faster recovery, pain relief is more obvious, satisfaction is more rapid.
