| 摘要 |
分析推拿加中药贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽的护理效果。方法 将我院收治的64例咳嗽患儿纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各32例。对照组应用常规药物治疗及护理，观察组应用推拿加中药贴敷治疗及针对性护理，对比两组干预效果。结果 观察组在采用推拿加中药贴敷治疗及针对性护理后，其中医证候积分、炎性指标、不良反应发生率均低于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿咳嗽采用推拿加中药贴敷治疗，并配以针对性护理，可加快其症状改善时间，减少炎性反应，并降低不良反应发生风险。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the nursing effect of tuina combined with traditional Chinese medicine application in the treatment of pediatric cough. Method: 64 children with cough admitted to our hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 32 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received conventional medication treatment and nursing care, while the observation group received massage and traditional Chinese medicine application treatment and targeted nursing care. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Result: After using massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine application and targeted nursing, the observation group showed lower TCM syndrome scores, inflammatory indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of pediatric cough with massage and traditional Chinese medicine application, combined with targeted nursing, can accelerate the improvement of symptoms, reduce inflammatory reactions, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
