Objective: To analyze the impact of cardiac rehabilitation care on the psychological status of elderly patients with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction. Method: A total of 70 patients with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. The former received cardiac rehabilitation care, while the latter received routine nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result: Before treatment, there was no significant change in the psychological status of the two groups of patients. After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The LVEF indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the LVESD and LVEDD indicators were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through rehabilitation training and psychological support, cardiac rehabilitation nursing helps patients reduce negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, and fear, improve confidence and quality of life, and promote positive psychological changes, which has a significant impact on the patients psychological state.
