| 摘要 |
慢阻肺护理中，分析老年综合评估的价值。方法 研究2022年10月到2023年10月就诊的80例慢阻肺患者，经随机方法分组，分别为40例对照组（一般护理评估）和40例研究组（老年综合评估），对干预前后的综合评分、护理满意度、干预前后SAS评分和SDS评分进行比较。结果 干预前，研究组和对照组的综合评分比较为P>0.05，干预后，研究组的综合评分均高于对照组，数值比较为P<0.05；研究组的护理满意度高于对照组，数值比较为P<0.05；干预前，研究组和对照组的SAS评分、SDS评分对比差异性不存在（P>0.05）；干预后，研究组的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组，比值意义为P<0.05。结论 老年综合评估在慢阻肺护理中的临床应用价值高，能提高综合评分和护理满意度，患者的不良情绪得到控制，临床实际应用价值高。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the value of comprehensive geriatric assessment in COPD care. Methods Study 80 COPD patients presenting from October 2022 to October 2023,40 control group (general nursing assessment) and 40 study group (comprehensive geriatric assessment), comparing the comprehensive score, nursing satisfaction, SAS score and SDS scores before and after intervention. Results Before the intervention, the comprehensive score of the study group and the control group was P> 0.05, the comprehensive score of the study group was higher than the control group, and the value was P <0.05; the study group was higher than P <0.05; before the intervention, the difference of SAS score and SDS score between the study group and the control group was not (P> 0.05); after the intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than that of the control group, and the specific significance was P <0.05. Conclusion: The clinical application value of geriatric comprehensive evaluation in COPD care is high, which can improve the comprehensive score and nursing satisfaction, control patients bad emotions, and have high clinical practical application value.
