Objective: To discuss the effect of nurses in chemical park on improve their first aid ability. Methods: 19 nurses who conducted no script drills from August 2020 to August 20201 were selected as the observation group, and 19 nurses who conducted script drills from September 2021 to September 2022 19 were selected as the control group to compare the first aid ability of the two groups. Results: The observation groupfirst aid practice ability, preparation time and first aid knowledge questionnaire scores were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: No scripted exercise promotes the first aid ability of nurses in chemical industry park and is of high value.
