| 摘要 |
本文介绍一款方便医务人员使用的改良式引流管口渗液收集袋的设计及应用。本设计以操作便捷、有效收集渗液为原则，在目前临床上使用尿路造口袋的基础上进行了改良，增加了刻度线、引流管穿出口及具有防渗液渗漏的充气球囊。改良式引流管口渗液收集袋操作方便，具有方便观察引流量及有效收集渗液的作用，操作省时省力，对防止腹部术后引流管口渗液具有积极意义。

| Abstract |
This article introduces the design and application of an improved drainage tube mouth seepage collection bag which is convenient for medical staff. Based on the principle of convenient operation and effective collection of exudate, the design is improved on the basis of the current clinical use of urethrotomy bag, adding graduation line, drainage tube through outlet and inflatable balloon with impervious fluid leakage. The improved drainage tube mouth exudate collection bag is convenient to operate, has the functions of convenient observation of drainage volume and effective collection of exudate, saves time and labor in operation, and has a positive significance for preventing drainage tube mouth exudate after abdominal surgery.
