| 摘要 |
探究过敏性皮炎患者护理中运用饮食干预的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年12月期间我院收治的过敏性皮炎患者150例，按照数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各75例患者，对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上加入饮食干预，对比两组护理干预后的症状缓解时间和生活质量评分。结果 观察组的症状缓解时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 饮食干预在过敏性皮炎患者的护理中运用有显著效果，能够有效地缩短患者的症状缓解时间，提高其生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of diet intervention in nursing patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods 150 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to our hospital during 2021.1 to 2023.12 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to numerical random method, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was added dietary intervention on the basis of the control group. The symptom remission time and quality of life score of the two groups were compared after nursing intervention. Results The symptom remission time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion Dietary intervention has significant effect in the nursing of patients with atopic dermatitis, which can effectively shorten the time of symptom relief and improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
