Objective To explore the effect and role of implementing evidence-based nursing methods in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral blood supply and hypertension. Methods This experiment was conducted from February 2022 to February 2023. The experimental subjects were 70 patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension who were treated in a hospital during this period. In order to ensure that the results of this experiment are reasonable, 70 cases were papatients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even number method. The former received routine care, while the latter received evidence-based care. After care, the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients was compared. Results From the experimental results, it can be known that the neurological deficit score of the patients in the observation group who implemented evidence-based nursing was better than that of the control group, and the complication rate was 5.71%, which was 17.14% lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing evidence-based nursing care for patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension can effectively control the patients blood pressure indicators and effectively improve the patients physical symptoms, so it has high application value.
