摘要
观察在护理带教工作中采用PBL教学法(设计学习情境教学法)的效果。方法 从2022年9月至2023年9月来我院进行护理实习的实习生中选取50名进行观察分析,根据随机方式分组。参考组(25名实习生,实施常规带教模式)和研究组(25名实习生,实施常规+PBL教学法模式)。对比两组学习水平和带教满意度。结果 与参考组带教效果相比,研究组实习生在自主学习、团队协作、沟通交流、批判思维方面的学习能力评分更高,实习生对带教模式的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 在医院护理带教工作中PBL带教模式的应用更能够调动实习生的学习积极性,提高其护理带教质量,为医院和社会培养更专业的护理人才。
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of PBL teaching method (designed learning situation teaching method) in nursing teaching. Methods 50 nursing interns who came to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected for observation and analysis, and divided into random groups. Reference group (25 interns, regular teaching mode) and research group (25 interns, regular +PBL teaching mode). The learning level and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the teaching effect of the reference group, the interns in the study group scored higher in independent learning, teamwork, communication and critical thinking, and the interns were more satisfied with the teaching mode (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching mode in hospital nursing teaching can arouse the learning enthusiasm of interns, improve the quality of nursing teaching, and train more professional nursing talents for hospitals and society.
