| 摘要 |
总结1例非小细胞肺癌伴有恶性胸腔积液患者恩度腔内注射护理要点；回顾其临床资料以及治疗、转归情况，并总结其护理要点。以常规护理为基础，对患者开展个性化护理工作，主要包括心理护理、健康宣教、管道护理、并发症预防等多重护理内容相结合。通过我们积极治疗和护理，患者的胸腔积液得到有效控制，住院期间无并发症及感染发生、心理状态良好；目前已经出院。

| Abstract |
Summarize the key points of nursing care for a patient with non-small cell lung cancer accompanied by malignant pleural effusion who received endovascular injection of Endotoxin; Review its clinical data, treatment, and outcome, and summarize its nursing points. Based on routine nursing, personalized nursing work is carried out for patients, mainly including a combination of multiple nursing contents such as psychological care, health education, pipeline care, and complication prevention. Through our active treatment and care, the patients pleural effusion has been effectively controlled, and there have been no complications or infections during hospitalization, with a good psychological state; Currently discharged from the hospital.
